Introduction

 

McKean County Housing Authority & affiliate, A Partnership in Housing, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as (“MCHA & APIH”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Sealcoating, Parking Lot Repair & Striping Companies (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder or Firm, or Contractor”)

MCHA/APIH is issuing this Request for Bid response/proposal (RFP) to establish contract(s) with qualified Contractors for Parking Lot Repair, Seal Coat & Striping Services. The contract(s) will be non-exclusive and will be for a period of sixty (60) days from notice to proceed, unless unusual weather prevents compliance. It is MCHA’s intention to establish a listing of eligible contractors to provide Parking Lot Repair, Seal Coat & Striping Services to MCHA/APIH, pursuant to agree upon pricing, provided the contractors responding to this RFP demonstrate all necessary requirements as outlined in the proposal

The McKean County Housing Authority (MCHA) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified and experienced consultants and other professionals and firms to oversee/assist the potential Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion and redevelopment/revitalization of the housing authority’s Low Income Public Housing developments.   The MCHA plans to partner with a qualified RAD/Development Consultant to oversee the RAD conversion process to rehabilitate, relocate or build new, and/or demolish public housing units using a variety of funding sources and financial arrangements.
